Couldn’t recommend Karl enough – he knows his stuff and is very effective at finding the root cause of the issue and finding the best way to fix. He worked very diligently to get the issue fixed, helping to pick up the item from store one morning, as well as picking up some temporary heaters while we waited for the part to be in stock. He also charged by the half hour rather than rounding up as some contractors sometimes do. A good and v competent guy.
